"My family and I love this set! Everything went smooth from ordering, to delivering to assembling which is taking out of box and putting on cushions. The sofa and chairs are so comfortable. This is, by far, one of the best purchases we have made. Great quality at an amazing price. This set's black and gray color not only matches my outdoor decor, but is also very rich looking. Love it!"

"Well made, no assembly other than putting the cushions on. Heavy and solid. Very pleased with this purchase. Have bought cheaper sets only to have the hollow legs end up with water and rust all over my pool area. Not with this set!"

"It came fully assembled, so getting it out of the giant box was the only task. It's also a great set, and was an outstanding bargain. Only negative would be that it is a pretty big/heavy box; maybe the items could be shipped individually, or at lest in two different boxes."

"Only had this set a few days but I am very impressed. The previous reviews convinced me to purchase this and I am glad they did. The set comes FULLY assembled and delivered a week earlier than anticipated. The cushions are thick and comfortable. A lot of people have commented that they are not secured but that is not totally true. The bottom cushions all have velcro straps. It is the top (back) cushions that don't attach but hardly a big deal. This is an amzing set for the price."

"I needed to replace faux wicker outdoor furniture that couldn't stand up to the arid climate and strong sunlight here in the western US. Metal was my best option, but the nice conversation groupings I found were too heavy, too expensive, or both. This Winsor conversation set was a fabulous price to start and it was on sale! I got the furniture, fully assembled, a week after ordering it and had it set up immediately. The cushions are deep and comfy, the furniture looks expensive and my pocketbook is thrilled!"

"I had been eyeing this set for a few weeks and when it went on sale with free shipping, I made the plunge. I was a little disappointed that it would be weeks before it shipped, but I received a call about a week later asking to arrange delivery. I love an early surprise! The furniture arrived in a huge box, each piece well wrapped to keep from scratching and the only assembly was putting the cushions on! Love it! Looks fantastic and even more importantly, is super comfortable. I've had several comments about how pretty the gray cushions are and for the price, I am thrilled with this purchase! Highly recommended!!"

"I was suprised how good the quality was when I took it out of the package. The only assembly was to take cushions out of the plastic bags and remove the tape from the furniture, which held everything together for shipping. The only thing may that may concern me is the plastic straps in the seats of the chairs may wear over time, but will have to see after a year or two. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase."

"I had a good idea when I bought this set that the chairs, loveseat and table were not as heavy in weight as I would have liked. And that is true. The cushions are comfortable. I will move the furniture to a protected area during heavy winds and bring cushions in when it rains. All in all, a pretty good deal for the buck.

"I was looking for an inexpensive yet attractive conversation set for our screened porch and this set was just the thing. The styling went with a dining set that is also on the porch. I gave it an overall 4 starts because it seems a bit lightweight given the description of cast aluminum. I was expecting something a bit more weighty, but for the price I paid (it was on sale), I'd say it was a good deal. And I love the two little cute pillows that come with. The cushions are thick, but when you sit on them they do sink down significantly. Otherwise, I love this set and I have already recommended it to my parents. One drawback was the length of time it took to receive the order - it shipped right away, but because it had to go through a freight company it probably took 2-3 weeks to get to my house."

"The hardest part of the assembly was getting all the pieces out of the box! This set is very attractive. It's an excellent value as the price is unbelievable. However, the loveseat is really too small for two people to sit comfortably and I find the depth to be a little too short for comfort as well. I would have also liked more available pieces like ottomans for the chairs and a side table."
