"This seems like nice furniture and hopefully it will be down the road. Like others noted, the packaging was damaged and some of the finish was scraped in the delivery process. It has been very difficult to put together, and I find that the holes drilled to connect the back to the seat are not well aligned. The screws have to be driven in nearly sideways and some of the washers were missing. I hope it holds together for what it cost. I would recommend it, but only if they do something about the assembly."

"our deck now feels like a resort with our new furniture
the cushions are deep and the design very balanced
it is quite large which is great for our deck which is huge but take measurements if you are putting this in a small area-- couldn't tell that from the picture

"Good quality and value. My 85 year old mom said that the chair is so comfy it should be in a living room (she took a nap in it). We're still waiting on the other two chairs to arrive which is fine as it is a bit time consuming to put together as the screws w supplied tool were challenging to rotate. But once done, we are very happy."

"Overall, I am pleased with my purchase. Product arrived quickly. Only dissappointment is with the packaging - could have packaged a little better to avoid some of the scratching that occurred during shipping. The finish on these chairs looks nice but scratches easily. The whole set looks nice. I have not tried out the firepit or the ice bucket. For the price, which I believe is very good, you get a lot of bang for the buck but expect to be a little disappointed with the finish. Most importantly, the chairs are comfortable. If you are short, you may need a different support pillow as the seats are pretty deep."

"this 5 piece set is comfortable, the workmanship is just ok, it looks distressed ( which almost makes it look scratched up from shipping) , the fire pit is ok but not very deep , the bowl for ice is silver not dark as shown. I kept the product because i was having a party and didn't have time to send back, we will see how it fairs in NE weather."

"WE LOVE THE SET. IT IS VERY COMFORTABLE. CUSHIONS ARE NICE COLOR WITH COORDINATING LUMBAR CUSHIONS. HOWEVER THE PAINT ON THE ALUMINUM IS VERY TOUCHY. SCUFFS EASILY AND THE UNDERNEATH PAINT SHOWS THROUGH. RECEIVED WITH SOME SCRATCHES. NOT CRAZY WITH THE ALUMINUM WELDS, SOME OK SOME BAD. OVERALL, FOR THE MONEY WE LOVE THE SET."

"I hate to shop! I had hunted high and low for a chat set that you offered right before my eyes in your catalog! The style, the color, and the size are just perfect. The sturdiness and comfort are just what I wanted. The accessory pillows made the set complete! My set has been assembled and I am already using it and enoying it very much !
