"When I got this chair in the black leather, I was disappointed as there were small scratches and minor peeling on the top area of the back rest. Called customer service (who was great) to explain the situation, and they were more than happy to send me a replacement and refund. Needless to say, my new chair came in excellent condition. Looks stylish with my Parsons Desk and is very comfortable."

"This chair looks good sittting in my living room in spaces too tight for larger chairs. The nalhead work is excellent and very attractive. We got the chairs in Linen with the button tuck and are very pleased with the appearance. These are dining chairs so the seat cushion is somewhat stiff but are nice to sit in for an hour. The chair backs hit nicely and give good support. This is a nice chair to sit in and play guitar as well as dine or visit."

Beautiful chair, but not the color depicted

"I ordered 4 of these chairs in 2011 and wanted to order 4 more for the dining room. I assumed that the because the chairs were the same make, model, and color, that they would match the chairs I already had. This was not the case - the linen is not actually ivory / off white as pictured on the website. It is more like a sand / dark beige. I had to return the chairs, which was an easy process, thankfully! However, I am disappointed that I'm having such a hard time completing the set. The chairs are otherwise gorgeous and well made. If you want to order a set, order them all at once because the dye lot differs."

"Bought two of these chairs on sale and they were a great value. Look good, quality good and seem sturdy. Well packed and arrived promptly. One drawback was insufficient instructions for which legs were placed in which corner. Perhaps could have spent more time analyzing and would not have had to redo them, but think that instructions would have helped. Still a great value for very attractive chairs."

"These chairs look ALMOST exactly as pictured. I purchased 2 of the gray fabric chairs. I was a little nervous about the color because things sometimes look different from computer screen to in person. The color is the same, the look of the fabric however is a little different. In the pic the fabric looks as if there is variation in the color, almost like a texture. However the chair is a SOLID gray color. No texture, no color variation. I was a tiny bit disappointing but oh well.
Instructions were a little vague, but two chairs were done in a half hour.
I little of the stiff side but hopefully that goes away!"

Becca Chair in Grey leather is quite brown!

"This chair is actually more or a moleskin color. Dark grey/brown. I would not describe this as Grey. Customer service was wonderful in handling my return and refunding what I had paid! I would order from them again because of the great customer service."

"The chair is good looking, however the fabric is thin and the padding underneath is thin as well (especially where the legs bend when sitting in the chair.) I am keeping the chairs, however as I live with them, I see their flaws."

"Positives: Love the look! I bought 2 for my kitchen nook, use them daily. I got the linen with brown leather back and weathered legs. The leather is a little bit more orange/brown than chocolate/brown.
Negatives: After sitting up from leaning against the back of the chair, I hear a crackeling sound due to the interior construction and manufacturing of the materials used. REALLY hope this goes away after use, but coming to conclude it may not."

"Total misrepresentation. The Natural Linen color is grey, NOT the cream color as pictured on the website. My husband put them together for me when they arrived and before I was able to see them. Made it too late to return them."

"I purchased this chair in blue/grey to use as an accent and practical chair in a guest room. The fabric is heavy but not as obviously textured as it appears in the sample photo. The nail head trim is done tastefully without being overly flashy or kitschy like many nailhead trim items are. Although I was not particularly impressed by the quality of the wood legs - they look a little less upscale than the rest of the chair - overall I am very happy with this chair."

"Color is more of a beige oatmeal than an off-white cream linen. I intend on using the chair as an office chair and occasionally for extra seating at the dining room table. One concern is that the padding in the seat seems a bit light. I wonder how the chair will hold up to several hours of sitting. Can fully assembled. Free shipping. Arrived quickly."

"I looked for a long time for just the right chairs for my dining room and while I had read all the good reviews for these chairs, I was still nervous about
not being able to touch or sit in them. All my

I ordered the grey leather; the nailhead trim really makes these chairs. They're well made and comfortable.
Shipping took a week and they were very well packaged 2 chairs per box. Each chair had it's very own "jacket" around the leather to protect it and the legs had bubble wrap all around; no damage to any of the 6 I ordered.
If you're thinking of getting these chairs, I highly recommend them!"
