"The finish is very nice and the globe is heavier than I thought it would be. I wasn't fond of being able to see the light bulb through the clear globe so I wrapped a few rubber bands in various sizes, overlapping them, and making different patterns along the lower part of the globe, about 2 inches wide. Then I frosted the entire outside of the globe with spray frost. I sprayed on three coats. When I removed the rubber bands it made a beautiful pattern on the globe and I can no longer see the light bulb. It looks totally different and I love it. I had a difficult time getting the cord to hang straight without it pulling on the cover, but hubby got it right and it hangs perfectly now. I plan to buy the crystal one for the master bathroom."

"Ligth was easily install and adjust the length. Slight issue screwingon the metal piece onto the bulb base but we wwere able to fix it. Looks awesome with "vintage" style light bulbs (not included)"

"Installed this fixture to replace the can lamp over a kitchen sink in a modern setting, that had similar hard-wired existing fixtures. It works great and fits in perfectly with the decor. Installation was snap; and the feature that I could very easily adjust the cord length was fabulous! The ceiling plate covered the entire can opening perfectly. Only complaint would be that it should install more snugly to the ceiling. Overall a great purchase, at a terrific price, and with a handsome look! Thanks!"

"I purchased two of these fixtures to go above my kitchen island. They were very easy to install and look great! I had to try several different bulbs before I found one I was happy with but the new "vintage-style" bulbs did the trick. I gave this fixture a 4 rather than a 5 because the top plate does not sit snug against the ceiling but the truth is no one other than me knows that because you cannot see any gap when looking up from the floor."

"While I liked the overall look of the instant pendant lighting, it was difficult to wrap the wire around the anchor that screwed into the high hat sockett and the canopy that went over the outside of the high hat lighting didn't stay tight and I was just uncomfortable that the lighting was too heavy and would fall out of the sockett."
