"I really have no problems with the actual product. It looks beautiful and looks true to the picture online. My problem lies with the time it took to get to me and the little information/updates I got to let me know that first my card didn't go through (delaying shipping) and that the shipping got delayed again for whatever reason. I would have appreciated more contact from customer service. It was always me who had to contact first."

"It's a beautiful headboard, but the nail heads were crooked and spaced out far in some areas. Make sure you get a sample of the fabric before you order it, mine looks super cheap. Home Decorators has great customer service and has helped me with every step! They have arranged for the package to be picked up and are sending me a new headboard!"

Not real nailheads!

"I contemplated ordering a similar head board from another mail order home decorating company and because this was such a bargain, I chose Home Decorators. But be advised - the nailheads are not real! Every 5th one is a real nailhead. The rest are plastic nailhead TRIM and there are about four faux ones in between the real ones. From far away you can't tell, but if you look at it more closely (from foot of the bed), you can see the difference. Also, this was not easy to attach to our existing queen bed frame. My husband and I had to do it together; he couldn't do it himself. I'm not sure if our frame is bent (doesn't look like it?) or if it's the head board, but it's not that secure either. We can't lean back on it to read because it's wobbly and there does not appear to be a better way to attach it more securely. Overall, the head board was a bargain so I don't have regrets, but if you want real nailheads and are really into design, be forewarned that you get what you pay for."

"My headboard showed up right on time. Had I known it would be as nice and as easy to set up, I would have done it years ago.
From the box to the bed in less than 1 hour, BY MYSELF. My husband was pretty surprised when he got home and didn't have to do a thing."

"I am pleased with the headboard. I choose the tea house black fabric. It was pretty easy to install. The height of the legs is somewhat adjustable i.e. you can install them higher or lower on the headboard. It's not fault of the headboard, but my bed frame was slightly bent so the point of attachment on one side is a little imperfect."

"Buyer beware... if you order this product (item number 0848620300) you're only getting a headboard... not a full bed as pictured. The full bed is twice the price and is under item number 0900820300. Also note that full assembly is required and the headboard does not line up with the bed frame (see photo), so you can see the backing... it doesn't look good. The base of the bed doesn't fit together perfectly at the corners (see photo) and overall it just feels cheap. Day 4 of having it and it creeks with any movement."
