"the delivery experience was horrible so i had a bad taste in my mouth upon arrival. that said, i took a fine tooth comb to the product after it arrived. overall, it was decently made but there were several snags in the carpet and a two runs along the exterior chording of the rug; both of which are sure to cause problems down the road. unfortunately, i've waited so long for this rug that i'm not willing to go through the anguish of returning it. call me lazy but i'm just not up to dealing with it."

"I ordered the grey flourish rug and was very disappointed in the colors. They were not grey whatsoever - it was taupe/tan/brown. I unfortunately would not recommend this product if you are looking for a grey/yellow rug. Just ordered the Sweetwater Liquorice rug - hopefully this will be better as far as colors go."

"This rug did not disappoint. It looks great. I was really worried that it would be too dark as we have dark floors but it looks fantastic. High quality. Feels nice under foot. Colors in picture online accurate. Would definitely buy again."

"The only thing bad I can say about the rug, is the color is not as it appears on line. The flowers are more muted and orange...not yellow as I had hoped. Quality of rug is nice, though."

"I received my order for my rug and rug pad EARLIER than the date they told me. BONUS! The rug is soft and really looks great. The only thought I had is it was the color was supposed to be a blue color or a grey color. I almost wondered if I got the grey because it doesn't look blue at all. I still love it and will not be returning it.

"I searched for such a long time to find a rug that I liked to go with my master bedroom decor and colors. I can't help but wonder if I should have gone with the blue background... This background is primarily beige/taupe/tan, not gray. I have varying shades of gray in my house so if they say gray, they are stretching. PLUS the flower at the top left of the rug is peach. EW The yellow I love. Peach? No. I still love the print and the overall look in the room is nice. I'm making it work, but for the cost, I don't feel I should be making it work. I should LOVE it."

beautiful but brown not grey

"This rug is beautiful but before it even was out of the package and unrolled, it seemed tan. I was hoping and hoping for grey. Not even a grey-taupe. It was tan and different shades of tan as backgrounds to the flowers. I wanted to keep it so bad but it wouldnt work. Also was a bit pricey. Just a note, the binding seemed a somewhat cheap looking. Returning, as this rug was sent by the vendor has been a long process."
