"We ordered these oak dining chairs to go with an existing oak breakfast room table, and they really work well with the table. The chairs fold, but are very sturdy and substantial. They have a padded faux suede seat that is very comfortable. Plus they were very reasonably priced. We are very happy with these chairs."

"I can't think of a con. The two chairs I purchased, oak with vinyl camel, look very contemporary and are quite sturdy. There was no assembly required which delighted me. They seem very well built. I needed two additional chairs for when my son and his family come to dinner. These worked out perfectly for my young granddaughters -- the vinyl is durable and wipes up easily. They can quickly be folded up for their next visit! The chairs turned out better than I had anticipated! Not only are they functional, but they are attractive, too! And -- they were delivered quicker than promised!"

"We loved this product and have ordered two more. The quality and appearance are better than most non-folding chairs we have owned. Product had excellent packaging, with double boxes and lots of cardboard and cushioning to prevent damage. Product is completely assembled. It is a little stiff to open, but if you follow the directions it is no problem, and really has the feel of being tight and well made. Very comfortable. Delivery was fast and the whole ordering/delivery process is just what online ordering should be. No surprises."

"I purchased two of these at first. I got them to supplement our dining chairs when we have more than 6 guests. They look lovely and are actually more comfy than the "real" dining chairs. I recently had 10 guests for dinner. We used our 6 dining chairs, the two folding chairs, and a piano bench. The folding chairs worked so well, that i immediately ordered two more. They fold up and are kept in our guest closet when not in use. They are the best way to supplement formal dining chairs I can think of. i only wish they came in a darker wood. They are a little awkward to open and close at first, but then you get the hang of it."

"I was having a wedding shower and didn't want to use metal folding chairs so purchased four of these folding chairs. I received many compliments on how they looked and how comfortable they were. "I really like the look of these chairs, the fabric (champagne) and the oak finish. Unfortunately I am sending them back because I bought them as a present for a friend who lives alone. The chairs are very difficult to open. It really takes two people to open them. The joints are tight and riveted, so they are not the kind that would benefit with oiling to make them easier to move. My husband is an engineer and said he thought the design was poor. It's really too bad because I like everything else about them. He could open and close them with much effort, but he scraped his knuckles in the process. I never could open them on my own and I am not a weakling. I do not recommend these chairs unless you plan on leaving them permanently open."

"The quality of the chairs is amazing for the price. I thought because they were folding chairs it wouldn't be so sturdy but not only is it sturdy it is beautiful, the color of the wood and the faux suede is of very good quality. The ordering was easy and they kept you in the loop all the way, I would definitely recommend ordering from Home Decorators and will do so again in the future."
