Does not meet bathroom code!!
Date:January 29, 2012
"Imagine my surprise when I checked bathroom code and saw that you must have 30" from centerline of one sink to the other to meet code. This double-lavatory doesn't have even 24". I don't understand how this wasn't caught at the DESIGN stages, never mind the sales stage?
I LOVE the look but will have to go with 2 separate Spencer vanities instead of this double one."

This post is a giant lie

International Residential Building Code does NOT set a minimum distance between sinks, as the poster states. This is a commercial building code requirement.
