"This rug is a gorgeous, handcrafted work of art in its own. The detailing in the design and workmanship of the hand-tufting is evident from the moment you begin unrolling the rug. There is consistency in thickness and the rug is finished with just as much attention.
The colors are much more muted than what is pictured and also appear somewhat varigated in the actual rug (i.e., the thick outter band which appears to be a cream color in the picture is actually more of a warm gray/brownish gray). Also the fact that a small rug (i.e., 2x3) not being available, made it a gamble on the colors, but luckily it worked out in my situation. Nevertheless, this is a truly gorgeous rug that you will receive multiple compliments on.
Finally, be aware that there are delays in delivery for the larger sizes of this rug--I ordered the 8x11 in October which was initially slated for November delivery but final receipt wasn't until January. It is worth the wait, but you should be aware that it will take longer to create and subsequently receive a larger rug."
