"I selected this shoe bench in part because other reviews said it was straight forward to assemble (2 people, 90 min) and sturdy. My husband and I were so pleased at how easy it was to assemble. The result is well crafted, sturdy and functions just liked I'd hoped."

"I'm using this in my guest room and am very happy with it. I didn't put the shelves in so I can stor other things in it. The only problem with the workmanship is the face of one of the drawers was broken but we glued it back together. Otherwise I'm pleased with the quality of this bench."

"We are very pleased with our purchase and would recommend it! Delivery and packaging were amazing! We got it in 4days! We are using it in our foyer as a place for the kids to put their backpacks on the top and their shoes in the bottom. At first I wasn't crazy about the brown cushion top but it has grown on me......nice and neutral for the foyer."

"I bought the bench online and had it shipped to my daughter for her birthday. I was worried how it would look and how hard it would be to assemble. No problems:it arrived quickly, after assembly, she sent me a picture and it looked just like I had hoped. She loves it!"

"This bench is a lovely addition to my studio. It provides extra seating and storage. The bench was each to assemble. There was a small crack on the base that I was able to repair with a little paint. My only complaint is the packing material which disintegrated into static tiny sytrofoam balls. The millions of tiny styrofoam bits stuck to the unassebled pieces, my clothes, the floor- everything. I spent more time vacuuming then actually assembling the bench."

"We live in a small condo and needed something for shoes. This bench fit the bill perfectly!. My husband and I assembled it in about 90 min. The only problem was the back. It just didn't fit correctly. But it looks great and the shoes are no longer everywhere!"

"I am happy with the purchase, it looked like a lot more assembly than I planned on when I opened the box but it was pretty easy. The bench is very solid and it looks good."
