"no tools needed to assemble, but directions not clear on which way racks need to go on, and they only fit correctly one way. Several plastic washer parts were included, but no directions on where to use them. As we were assembling, two of the four castor wheels bent, making rack unusable. Rack looks good, and is usable after being propped up. Will ask for replacement wheels."

"Very nice shelves, they have wheels too which I didn't realize when I purchased them. Pleasant surprise!!"
