"I really like this little bench but one of the crossbars was considerably longer than the other and made it a little challenging to put together. Still managed and I am happy with the result."

"I purchased this bench for our mudroom. We just moved to the Midwest and I needed a place for my kids to sit on to put their snow boots off and on and this bench was perfect!!! It's built extremely well and was very easy to put together. It was a great value for the price. I would highly recommend this bench to anyone!!"

"Have been looking for a bench for awhile and was so happy to find this one! Product came quickly, workmanship is so worth the $. Bench is simple but very much suits for cottage home. It is also very sturdy, my kids use it of course to sit on, throw backpacks on, etc., I will be purchasing another one for my mudroom!"

"I recently purchased the Mission Bench for my entryway which is no more than a glorified hallway. I needed a bench that was large enough for guests to sit on to put on their shoes, but narrow enough to maintain the flow of the hallway. I really lucked out finding the Mission Bench. I met all of my needs, was super easy to assemble, and is quite sturdy. I would definatley recomend this bench to anyone."

"The bench arrived quickly and we're very pleased with the finish and style. It was a bit difficult to assemble since one of the pegs where the side legs fit was slightly off and we had to sand it before it would slide into place. Otherwise the assembly would have been extremely easy and quick. Exactly what we were looking for, and overall pleased with the purchase."

"I needed a bench in the entry so you could sit and put on your shoes and also a bench at the dining room table to accommodate more guests--this bench fit both perfectly. I was looking for something with a wider base than the top and this bench has it. It is relatively light weight so moving it from entrance to dining room is no problem."

"I bought two of these benches; an ivory one to go by the front door, and a black one to go in our mud room. Both areas have limited space, and I was looking for something that was simple and not too expensive. I am very happy with these benches. They were fairly easy to assemble, and are sturdy. We have had them for a couple of months now without problems.
My only (tiny) concern is that some of the little pieces that cover the screw holes can fall out with moving the bench. This could be easily fixed with some glue, but I haven't even bothered to do that. Otherwise they are finished very nice."

"I bought this bench because I needed a narrow bench to fit a specific space. Since this bench fit all the parameters, I bought it. Delivery was fast. It was easy to put together. The quality is just average...you might find the same quality at Ikea. However, it seems sturdy enough...some other reviews made me a little wary...but unless you're regularly having really large people using it, it should be fine. Might not be the best bench for the money, but I just needed something that fit certain measurements and sometimes it's hard to find just the right thing. I'm happy with my purchase and don't mind the price because it worked."

"We needed a slim bench for our entryway and the dimensions of this were perfect. Chestnut color complements the color and style of other mission furniture we have in our living room. Super quick assembly and seems fairly sturdy. Stain isn't applied evenly in some spots, but because this bench is tucked against a wall (or hiding behind the open front door) it's not noticable."
