"I wrote an earlier review saying that this rug looked so good I would overlook its flaws and keep in in our living room. Well it is disintegrating so completely that it has to go back. Apart from the snags, everywhere people walk or move furniture is a snarl of nylon frizz. Looks 10 years old already. It's going to be a colossal pain to get it packaged up and returned since I didn't save the wrapping. Honestly, this whole transaction has been a considerable waste of my time. Since the rug is so obviously a piece of garbage, I can't believe this company even sells it. I won't do business with homedecorators.com or Home Depot again because I can't trust the quality. Very disappointed."

Beautiful rug, snags easily

"This rug looks absolutely perfect in my living room -- it pulls an eclectic assortment of furniture together just beautifully, and makes me smile just to look at it. Also, it is plush and comfy to walk on barefoot -- totally not an indoor/outdoor carpet feel.
HOWEVER -- we have three small dogs and their toenails snag the loops in the rug every time they walk on it. I have to take a pair of scissors to the rug and "mow" it down once a day, although it is getting better with time (perhaps the looser loops are getting pulled up and the others are more fixed?) I am not returning the rug because I love the way it looks, but I figure its lifespan is limited. The workmanship on this really is shoddy, and the rug wasn't cheap enough to make that forgivable."
