"The mirror is a very pretty color, size is just right for above my fireplace and delivery was very fast, but the wooden frame surrounding the mirror was cracked on all four corners. At first I thought it was by design (mitered corner), but the cracks are not straight. I believe it is the stress on the wood from the bevel on the mirror. Called Home Decorators to have it replaced, which they are going to do, but the return label is being mailed by snail mail instead of email. They were also supposed to file a quality alert on the mirror and send me a replacement, which I have not received as of yet."

I would like to order this mirror, but after reading your review I'm hesitating. If you have a moment, I sure would like to know if the replacement mirror arrived in good condition. The style and shape are perfect for my foyer, but I hate to order it only to have to return to HDC for a refund.
