"Ordered two shelves and one had some damage on edge. Other had some unique holes that must have been in shelf because finish was put on over them. After speaking with customer service, decided to keep both as they suggested help for damaged one might be available at Home Depot. Slight adjustment was made to my account for damage and I am satisfied. Do like the shelves."

"the product is all right for the $, but the stickers are attached with such adhesive that it took some careful and persistent removing procedures to get rid of them! make sure that you know you need to deal with that if you end up buying the product.
i spray painted them after to silver color...much better than a dull grey!"

"This shelf worked out perfect for me. It really looks nice in my foyer with my flag case on top. It looks like an expensive, well-made shelf. The one thing I did not know when I ordered it, there are two holes on the top of the shelf that the screws go into that hold the bottom on. There are plugs that hide the screw heads. If I had not been planning to use it as I did, and the plugs were visible, it would take away from the appearance and value of the shelf."

"This shelf was the perfect size and style for completing a grouping on our wall. It's great quality, easier to mount than ones we've had in the past. My one complaint: Is it really necessary to put a sticky label on the top?---difficult to remove w/o affecting the finish!"
