"I ordered this tv stand after shopping quite a few stores. For a unit of this size and price it is an excellent value. It is sturdy, well designed and perfect for casual media rooms. I put it together myself and the directions were easy to follow, and everything fit properly. I didn't give it 5 stars because the surface finish wasn't perfect on 2 pieces put not noticeable enough to warrant sending the unit back. The photo represents the color very well and I received it within 10 days of placing the order!"

"Bought this for our new flat screen tv. Though it was in stock it took well over a month to get. It has nice storage and looks ok from a distance. It seemed to be packed well but once out of the box, a number of the pieces were rubbed on the edges. I went over the spots with a black sharpie which helped but if you are close to it, you can definitely see those areas. The back pieces did not fit well. One piece was about 1/16 of an inch too wide so some adjustments had to be made when putting it together. It was a fairly inexpensive piece so perhaps this is what you get, but I was disappointed overall. Luckily it is in our basement. I would not recommend this piece for a family room or living room."

"Received the black one a full 2 weeks before it was scheduled to arrive - big plus. Came in two boxes with an intimidating number of pieces and tiny screws. However. they were all well labeled and, for two not-handy people, we put the whole thing together with a couple of screw drivers in about 2 1/2 hours. Not bad. The hardest thing was the last thing - the right side door which required left-handed dexterousness. I can't imagine how a person could do this alone however. You needed two hands. Looks very solid - exactly as the picture."
