"I ordered this as a Christmas gift and was very pleased with it. I got it quickly and my daughter loved it. The cost was a little high, but I got a discount during a sale, so it was much better. It is attractive and quite roomy."

Worst smell ever

"The product came and not only was my monogram misspelled that I ordered but the bag had a horrible barnyard odor to it. I called customer service and they said a refund was coming but I have no idea if it has been completed yet. They also said that a person would be calling me to tell me how to ship the product back to you and that has not been done either. Please contact me to resolve this matter."

"I purchased this item as multiple Christmas gifts, and when they arrived I was VERY VERY disappointed with the quality. Re-Usable market bags would have made a better gift. Needless to say I found them embarrassing to give and bought other gifts."
