"This lamp looked like it was just what I needed to add to my French/Cottage look, and it is. Very satisfied overall. Size, price, quality and shipping - very good overall. I purchased 2 lamps. The lamp base is much darker than it appears in the picture. Although it has a rustic appeal, it looks more dirty than weathered. The shade is lovely but the materials are cut a bit different on each one. They coorinate well but are not a perfect match. There is some difficulty in getting the harp to align correctly, but that doesn't really affect the appearance. The lamp has a nice weight to it and is very steady. Glad I purched them."
