"The rug is attractive; however, it only measures 4'2" x 4'4", which is SIGNIFICANTLY different from the 4'6" x 6'6" in the description. When I called customer service I was offered $60 towards a future purchase, $36 credit on this purchase, or return the item to the vendor. I chose to return the item as I require a rug closer to the size in the product description."

Definitely One-of-a-Kind

"One-of-a-kind definitely describes this cowhide rug. Overall the quality is good and the size is accurate, but the product color varied vastly from the picture. The rug I received was completely brown-almost black-with a small white spot at the bottom. I was surprised the rug came folded rather than rolled, and also assume the creases will release eventually. This rug is cowhide-not shag-so it is thin but offers a striking contrast when paired over a textured rug like sisal. Based on the picture, I opted for this rug to brighten an overall dark room but will use it somewhere else in my house."
