"For the price on this frame (avg for a frame this size, at least in retail stores), I expected better craftmanship.
The actual frame was, eh, okay. Nothing special. Very light and the wood felt pretty cheap. The openings are not individual openings - it is one long opening (one long piece of glass), with small wood dividers in the frame to give a look of division. This makes it a pain to put in pictures.
The backing on the frame was terrible! It was too small for the little rotating clips to slip into the channel in the frame - thus the backing could not be secured to the frame! I needed the frame when I received it and did not have time to return, so I furred up the back of the frame with pieces of cardboard. Looks tacky, and this was a gift, so I'm none too pleased.
I'll look "okay" on the wall, but that's about it."
