"I love this light! We used it to make our can light in our entrance way a bit more exciting. It fills up the space nicely and brightens up the room. We used a 40W Edison-inspired light bulb from Lowes to complete the look. I bet a 60W would be a bit brighter and I will be purchasing one when this one burns out.
The only con is that it is hard to get the top part snug enough to the ceiling. It takes some fine tuning to get the length just right yet pull enough to force the top to sit against the ceiling without a gap."

"I put two of these in my upstairs hallway. They look fantastic. I put an adapter to make them hold two bulbs. Used 2 60w Edison bulbs. They create a lovely yet practical light. Edison builds are not as bright wattage wise as regular incandescents. Installation was straight forward. Be sure when you wrap the length you finish with the wire centered on the bracket...(this will make since when you start) if its not centered as it goes thru the ceiling medallion the medallion won't sit flush with the ceiling. Something I figured out with trial and error these have a high end look...think Restoration Hardware. Don't hesitate with these, I love mine!"

"In theory, it is great to replace can lights with pendants. However, the construction of the covers and the compression nut that snug up against the ceiling are less than adequate. It is hard to get the cord centered so the lights are centered on the existing can. Furthermore, the exist cord wraps around this flimsy plastic arm that I can easily see breaking.
These are very bulky and expensive to ship back. The actual globes are unique and decently constructed. I may be making a trip to Lowe's and asking a electrician friend of mine to retrofit. But a lot of work and effort for something that should work out of the box.
I would not recommend these for the poor quality."

"This pendant lamp arrived promptly and was in great condition. My husband installed it without difficulty. It looks great in our master bedroom, everyone who sees the room comments on how cool the light is. It definitely adds the industrial/modern look that we were going for."

"Bought this for our front stairwell to brighten it up a bit. It looks modern yet still classic enough for our Georgian style home. It was professionally installed so I can't personally vouch for ease of installation but the electrician said it was straightforward. Beautiful fixture! Highly recommended!"

"Product looks like the picture, was fairly easy to figure out even though no directions were included. I bought 2 which came separately. One with directions said screws were included and they were not in either box. Still a nice product at a nice price and works well."

"These look fabulous and took less than 5 minutes to install. Make sure you buy antique filament light bulbs (as shown in the picture). Definitely improved the style factor in my kitchen."

"Our son's big boy room had an explorer theme, so this light was perfect. The only minor complaint I had was there was no recommended light bulb, just wattage and a regular bulb was way too harsh since it was exposed. We used a clear ceiling fan bulb and it was fine. It just would have been nice to know."
