"We ordered the shelf knowing the product would need to be on back order for over a month. When it did arrive it was exactly what we were wanting - unfortunately it arrived in pieces, the box totally crushed during the shipping process. The wood was splintered and unable to be repaired. I called immediately your company customer service office, and they apologized for the delay & inconvenience. Within a few days a new replacement shelf was delivered, and we love it! Thank you so much."
