"Shelves are very nice. I love that they have two levels. One issue is that the space to lean the pictures isn't large so the pictures can topple if you do not secure them. I'm trying to figure out how to keep them in place if something shakes the room (like one of my 4 children!). Hanging the shelves can be tricky. You have to be very precise with measuring and leveling. I'm pretty handy so I was able to hang both a 6 foot and a 4 foot shelf on my own with a level, measuring tape, hammer and awl (to start the hole) and a screwdriver. I used my own wall anchors because they had a pointed edge to get the hole started. The screws provided are threaded to the point that you need to screw them into the anchors. It would be best to have two people line up the shelf to the screws to install the shelf. Overall I am very happy with my purchase."

"First I would like to say that I absolutely love this product. My only complaint is that the product should have had a template due to the fact that the screws need to be lined up perfectly. Also the anchors need to be more pointed and not flat. I ended up having to make my own template and use my own anchors. There is no assembly, You just take out of the box and hang. I would definitely recommend this product. The directions should tell you to use a template even if not provided. This would have saved me alot of time.
