"This little stool does exactly what I need it to do. I needed a stool that wasn't big & heavy and one that could be put away without taking up too much room in my pantry. The only drawback is that it's a little wobbly because it is lightweight and the base is small. Otherwise, it's a good buy."

One issue is the base cushions

"I really like the look and feel of this stool. The modern look and seat cushion are very good. The only complaint I have is that after several months, the rubber cushions on the bottom begin to warp around and even slide off, and then tear off eventually. This could be due to the fact there are only 3 rubber cushions on the bottom. Since it tilts the stool around, often times, people who sit on it, may put more pression on one or two of the cushions. If I am not able to find a replacement solution, I will nolonger be able to use these stools, as the metal bottoms will easily scratch my floors. So although a minor problem, it represent the reason I may not be able to use the stools soon. Now I have read that others have put felt pad underneath, but I'm not sure that will last. These Rubber cushions are embedded, and are custom to these chairs. you'll need to be a handy person to figure out how to drill some new holes and then find something at the hardware store to do the trick and then attach even leveled cushions. I'm off to the store to see if there is a workaround."

"Stools were what I expected for the price. They seem a bit unstable with the 3 rubber bumpers included on the base. We added 3 felt ones to each stool for stability and quietness when dragged on the tile."

Milano Backless Counter Stool

"I love my two new counter stools. They're the perfect height and style for me and very classy looking. I have arthritis and walk with two canes. The Milano stool is perfect for me the way it's made because it doesn't have any extended legs or any crossbars to trip me up and get in the way of my legs and canes when I get up or down. It does have a bar attached to rest a leg. There's only thing that I don't understand. From what I can see, it's very well made (and no assembly required!!!) and worth the price in every way but one. Why are there only three little rubber cushions on the bottom, set in a triangle shape? Because of this, every time you get up or down, it tips very slightly. There should have been four rubber cushions set equally across from each other to avoid this. It isn't a dangerous thing, just a slight irritation. I'm going to have to go to the hardware store now to see if I can find four more rubber cushions (two for each chair) to equalize the stools so that they don't tip. Sticks"

"I am not dissatisfied with the product itself, I am just dissatisfied that what I ordered 4 of in years past does not match the current product. It is the exact same style, but smaller around as they were before. Now I can't replace a damaged stool that bent at the front welded spot without buying 4 new stools."

"Love this stool! I bought it for my daughter to use when she plays her guitar. It didn't need any assembly, it's very comfortable. She really likes the footrest and the vibrant blue seat. It is a bit pricey, but I had looked all over for something she could use and this fit the bill perfectly. It was worth it to find something she loves!"
