Difficult purchase...

"Ordered this when it was on sale. My confirmation email gave a 2 week lead time. Needless to say it took a month and 1/2 before it even shipped. Other than that, love the product! Very nice headboard!! Only disappointment, in the picture the nail heads look silver, and in fact they are a brass finish which doesn't match my existing furniture. It's do-able though! :) Do recommend!"

"This piece is beautiful and totally upgraded my bedroom. My room looks more sophisticated and classy. It's also very comfortable and cozy AND believe it or not I sleep better at night. I ordered linen, which is a great solution if you are not sure what fabric to pick because its neutral and will go with almost any bed spread. Quality is awesome, it looks like it cost 3 times what I paid! I highly recommend this!!!!!"

"i am utterly surprised but this was nicer than i had anticipated. i got a discount when it was on sale, so i'm not sure if i would pay full price? but it really looks nice, not cheap appearing at all. the ONLY downfall is that if your mattress and/or foundation isn't high enough ... then there will be a 1-inch gap from the bottom of the headboard and the top of your mattress. i was going to buy a high (9 inches) mattress foundation but didn't want to waste more money. so i went to the fabric store, bought inexpensive muslin and stapled to the back of the headboard to cover the exposed gap. problem fixed!!!"

Love this headboard. I wish it had the railings or that HD sold them separately. But it is heavy and simply beautiful.
