"This rug appeared blue in the picture. (We use this computer for photography so the color is adjusted very accruately.) It is not blue AT ALL. Because the color name was green and the color in the picture was blue I called customer service to clarify. They were no help at all. Their only suggestion was to order the smallest size rug and look at it myself. Now I'm stuck paying return shipping. ONline shopping doesn't work if items aren't represented accurately."
