"I ordered the cushions 4" height. They came 2" height. I reordered then received an email saying they would arrive again at 2" because the vendor does not measure the same way all apolsters and all other cushion companies. It is clearly shown in the catalog picture as being 4" yet they do not measure that way. All corded box cushions should be measured welt to welt. The vendor denies this and have thier own way. This is complete false advertising an pure cheating the public. Home decorators needs to deal with reputable vendors or be a bit more honest themselves. All HDC employees were very nice and tried to be helpful but could not do anything. No one knew who I could write or email to get satisfaction. That is poor busisness."
