"I have put together many different pieces of furniture, and I must say this was not the easiest. The photos were misleading and not clear were all the pieces were to go. The draw knobs were not pre drilled and split when putting in the screw. In putting together the draws, also there were no pilot holes for the screws. ( again splitting the wood). I think instead of using wooden doles it would be better to use cam locks. It would be easier to pull the joints together. Appearance is great. Not sure this is a good dresser for a kids room.

"I have wanted this dresser for years to go with the rest of my bedroom furniture and I am very pleased with my purchase. This dresser is huge and perfect for my needs. Requires 2 people to assemble though, cannot really do it by yourself."

"We have put many furniture items together over the years, but we will tell you that the poor craftsmanship of this piece made it virtually impossible to build correctly. Absolutely frustrating. We were so distraught, we cancelled the additional two nightstands that we had ordered."

"Have had this dresser for about a month now.
The assembly went ok, but some of the wood used for the drawers was very soft, leading to some visible damage to the front of the drawers. I got replacement parts (after some back and forth with the company), but will have to be careful to prevent this from happening again. I may have to use glue to get the parts fastened solidly without damaging them again. I have also noticed some other paint already starting to chip from the base of the dresser.
Drawer slides are not great, expected something better.
This product was not worth half of what I paid for it. If I paid a lot less, it would be acceptable, but considering the price I would say that I am very disappointed."

"This dresser is the shoddiest product I have ever bought online. The entire right set of drawers would not align, due to the frame of this dresser, and it arrived with part of a nail protruding through the front surface on the left side."

"Found some cracks on the solid wood, though it does not affect the functionality (I hope).
The gliders are just grooves, and not the metal slides. I think over time, the wood will get worn out.
I like the design and the dimensions, and they fit my needs."

"The Good: This is a high-quality product made of solid pine wood from Brazil. I bought this dresser to replace one that I bought at Ikea. I've only had it for a few weeks, but I can tell already that it will last much longer. The dresser came in two boxes weighing 80 pounds each. It's heavy and made to last. After assembling the dresser, it looks even better than the picture on the website.
The Bad: The directions say 1-hour for assembly time. Add another 3-4 hours to that. Also the parts need to be screwed together and there are no pre-drilled holes for the screws. However, the pine is soft enough that you can screw it in with only a little bit of effort, and it makes for a tighter fit. Not exactly a bad thing, but when you have 50 or so screws, it can get tiring."

"This bureau is great! It's half the cost of the exact same thing in stores, and this is wood. I bought this after reading the reviews. I'm very happy with it. It is not as easy to put together as the other people said but perhaps I'm not as talented as they are. Either way I'd buy it again in a heartbeat. The cherry looks fantastic!"

"I love this 8 drawer dresser. It is tall, but just was a tween girl needs in order to store all her stuff. The drawers are adequately deep - an issue with many other dressers where the drawers are too shallow to hold much.
My only issue is that the dresser top arrived damaged (front corner was compressed). It took 2 more replacement to get one undamaged as they were inadequately packaged."

"I bought this piece of furniture after carefully reading the reviews. It is a very good looking piece. I do agree with others though, that the craftmanship is just ok. We also experienced a screw through the front panel, which in our case appeared to be the result of having mixed wood - some very hard and some very soft. The drawers are large, but you have to line them up perfectly to slide them in. I expect this piece will not last very long, but it really is beautiful."

"A good value for the money. Easy to assemble (less than 1 hour), and the piece looks great. I was just a little disappointed by the stain color. It looks like a natural stain in the photo but is actually much more honey-colored ... which doesn't match the rest of the furniture in the room."
