"This is a very nice rug, but the colors were not as expected. I ordered the burgandy. I expected burgandy, gold, and black. I got more cordovan, black, and a greenish, brownish color. It is nice and soft and well-made, however.
I had no problem with the flattening process; it lies flat, however, it is a small-size rug (4x6)"

"The rug is pretty, but I bought it because it said it was RUST. Unfortunately, I didn't see the second page of reviews where someone said it was brown....it is definitely brown around the border. There is no color resembling a rust."

"The rug is darker than it appears, but that can be due to computer image. However the quality is not what we expected. It does not unroll smoothly, the edges are loosely basted and started to unravel when we tried to get it to lie flat. We even placed it upside down but it just will not even out. Even at sale price it is disappointing."

"Quick delivery. Color matched picture on site. I purchased the red runner. The website states it has fringe. Runner does not have cotton fringe. Does not shed as bad as other wool rugs I have purchased."

Be careful when buying more than 1

"I first bought the runner which was perfect, so I then ordered a 2x3 for the foyer. However, the color was completely different. the runner was rust & black and the 2x3 was brown & black (even though it was described as being rust).
In hindsight, I'd recommend buying them together if possible. Hoping they'd be the same rug."

"While the merchandise is of good quality, the online image color was very different than actual. Even after a week on the floor it still has bumps that have not flattened. I'm not complaining, because the price was good for the quality. Just be aware since you can't see ahead of time."

"the rug was rolled quite tightly and took a bit of massaging to get it to lay flat. The rust was a little bit more of a brown rust than I expected but a very pleasing mix of colors over all...looked pretty much like the picture on line."
