Seagrass Rug

"I was fortunate to locate this 7 x 9 seagrass rug with black binding on Home Decorators. I needed an odd-sized rug and did not want to pay the custom price, so this rug was a great value. The rug arrived quickly and was well-packaged. The binding along one edge was not attached (an approximate 6" had pulled away)...that is my only complaint. I was able to reattach it easily enough, so I didn't have to make an exchange. The rug is a wonderful addition to our room!!!"

"The item was shipped quickly and in good shape. The rug is also constructed well with quality materials. The pic shown on the website is true to form for the actual product. "The rug came on time as promised. But the rug was much courser than I thought it would be. It hurts your feet. It also has a very strong smell. It would be fine for a porch, but not for inside the house as described."

"This is my second seascape rug. I bought a runner for my back hallway about 2 years ago. It continues to look as good today as it did when I first put it down. I am equally pleased with the 8' x 10' size. You cannot beat the quality for the price!"

"I've had this rug before and my original one was in perfect condition until our dog barfed up a half a pound of chocolate fudge all over it. It's well made. P.S. Dog survived and was back snooping for chocolate the next day. He's obviously unfazed by his brush with death. No comments about his brain capacity. People Lesson: Be careful about putting wrapped presents under your Christmas tree that may contain chocolate."

"This was what I expected for the most part. I was just trying to find something that was a reasonable price for my livingroom. I do wish it was softer (would be great for outdoor patio) but it still looks good for what I was trying to accomplish. I may upgrade to a more plush area rug when I feel like spending way too much for one."

"I previously purchased 3 diff sizes of this rug and just added 2 more. I have 2 in my Master bath suite, adding to the spa decor. I am adding 2 to my kitchen with hardwood floors. The neutral color does not compete for attention, but the woven pattern is very interesting. I have it mixed with traditional decor and it really complements the rooms. I gave my larger rug to my in-laws when we moved to a new house. I was apalled to see that they had it outside on their covered veranda. After 1 year in the harsh Indiana elements (snow), the rug looks fantastic"

"Although the shipping was very fast and the cost very reasonable, the rug was not all that wonderful. The 'natural' color was a bit too green to be natural... perhaps it will fade over time. I bought two rugs and they did not fit into my color scheme as the green was really too much."

"I own 3 of these rugs, a 7x9 in my formal dining room, a 5x8 in my breakfast room and a 3x5 in my foyer. I plan to order an 8x10 for my family room. Constructed very sturdy and doesn't show any stains. My dog had an "accident" twice and it left no visible stain after an easy cleaning. The only problem I have with showing dirt is if you get the border that is a light color and this is only a problem in my foyer area, the rug in my breakfast room is a darker shade of canvas. Needless to say, I love the look of these rugs in any decor."
