"We only ran into one problem while assembling.
We had to put niches in the bottom rear support board so that the unit could go over the plumbing pipes.

Just okay, but not many other choices out there Date: January 25, 2010
"Appearance: looks very nice, matches tilt-out hamper I also bought

Assembly: instructions very clear, except for putting on cabinet doors, which I still don't have on correctly -- they don't meet in the middle, and they sort of bend in to the magnet. I've tried 3 different ways with no luck. Also the bar at the bottom to hold it together is too low, so it hits the pipe coming in (lots of reviewers mentioned this). THE SOLUTION: don't cut the wooden bar -- just take out the two bottom screws and flip the board up, so it's still held together by two screws but it's out of the way. I left off the back board because I had already put the entire piece in place -- I don't think I could have lifted the entire piece into place otherwise.

Workmanship: it's shorter than I'd pictured, and even though it's hard wood (not particleboard) it felt lighter. The magnets are so tight that the whole thing jiggles when you try to open them. I haven't secured it into the wall yet, so that might help.

Expected more for the money Date: January 12, 2010
"Sorry, for the money I expected more! The unit once assembled is functional. There are 4 holes that show (were the upper bolts to the lower that show the large metal pieces. Also I expected more solid wood than press board for the money."

"Well made...looks great...the only issue is that one of the support pieces on the lower half just underneath the main shelf is suppose to fit behind the toilet...I didn't have the room with my toilet to squeeze it in as I think most toilets wouldn't...I ended up taking that piece off (not many options) and the unit appears stable enough with the lower stabilizer bar in place."

Very Pleased Date: December 16, 2009
"After reading other reviews, I was anxious to see how things worked out for myself. The water line in my bathroom is actually on the floor, so there was no need to adjust the height as others mentioned. A second set of hands would definitely be recommended...I had two extra sets, but they were those of my sons...3 & 6 years old...so that was its own little challenge. All in all, it went well and my wife and I love the piece. I'd definitely recommend this to others."

"While not quite as tall as we would have liked, this is very good peice to help use the space behind the toilet and it looks good with our previously purchsed Hampton sink/console and the white wainscoating in the bathroom. It looks good and while a little tedious to put together(I did it by myself and they say you need to two people). The bottom brace was too low to fit with our water connection, but we just drilled holes 4 inches higher to work around it. We are happy with our purchase!"

What I expected Date: October 6, 2009
"Good product. Well made, with easy instructions. There is a piece of wood on the back that I couldn't place because of my water line, but so far it's holding up okay without it. It would be nice if there were different levels to move it up and down to"

"This is a pretty good product for the money. It is lightweight due to the veneer. The core material is kinda flimsy.
Keep in mind the height of your tank. Mine was too close to the wall, so I couldn't install the rear verticle board below the shelf.
Also, keep in mind where the water hookup is. I had to put a notch in the bottom rear support to get mine to fit, and I had to essentially assemble it around the toilet, as there was no way to slide it in behind once it was assembled.
Lastly, it doesn't have any feet to protect the bottom from water which was disappointing.

Difficult to assemble Date: August 13, 2009
"Although it looks good now that it is finally installed it was difficult to assemble. The height of the support piece across the bottom conflicted with the water intake valving. We had to cut a notch so it would fit and that took about four or five tries to get right. I am a senior citizen and would not have been able to do it myself. Thankfully I had a young man that I could pay to help me. All the other furniture I have bought from you I have been able to assemble by myself."

Looks good, installation impossible Date: June 9, 2009
"Although the spacesaver is very pretty & looks identical to the picture, it was impossible to install without modification.

The crossbar at the bottom of the cabinet was positioned too low for the connection to the toilet.

I recommend you add additional screw-holes, so the buyer can position the cross bar to suit their own circumstances.

Where's the brown? Date: May 23, 2009
"Would have liked this piece of furniture, the quality is superb but the color is all wrong. Very hard to believe the monitor would have gotten the color so wrong. The color is more of a cherry wood than brown. I don't see how it could be called any part of brown. It's very red. I'm very dissappointed. It's going back."

Very Good Product with a glitch Date: May 13, 2009
"I was very impressed by the craftsmanship of the unit. Yet, I had a slight problem during installation - the lower horizontal bar sat directly on my water intake valve to my toilet. In order to keep the unit, which I truly liked, I had to add a piece of wood to both ends of this unit so that I could raise it above my water intake value.
Other than this glitch - I am do like the unit.

Nice Spacesaver Date: May 4, 2009
"We like the looks of this organizer now that it's put together, which did take some effort. It's a good thing my son helped me because I have not seen some of the small hardware before, and he knew how to connect it. The wooden bar in the back on the bottom is low and the toilet water intake pipe was in the way, so we had to take a notch out of the bar. I would prefer the bar was located 2-3 inches higher on the back legs to avoid that situation. We still have not anchored it to the wall as we believe that over time it will pull the molly bolts out. We plan to buy some small metal straps (1" x 4") at a hardware store and will anchor it that way instead of the way it was designed, which will give it some flex without tearing up the wall."
