"The delivery of the unit was quick. The packing was more than you would expect. However, the top corner of the unit was damaged. It is in the rear of the top so I can live with it. I cannot live with the construction of the laundry bins. They are so tight, that when you try to open or close them you have to hold the unit and yank hard. There is no way to adjust the tension on them. Subsequently, I changed the knobs to a larger size for a better grip. Otherwise, to looks great and the two small draws do come in handy."

"The tilt out hamper came ASSEMBLED! This is the first purchase from this site where I didn't have to put it together, so I was immediately pleased. It is cute, and saves space. The hampers are on the smaller side but I find that to be beneficial as it forces me to bring the laundry down to the basement more often and things can't pile up. It seems to be pretty solid and I'm happy with it."
