"The cushions I bought for our outdoor furniture are very nice looking. I wish the steamer cushions were a bit thicker, but they are definitely adequate and comfortable. The fabric seems pretty much water resistant, which is good since we use them at poolside.
I accidentally ordered the wrong colors and HD was very helpful in taking them back and getting the new ones to me in short order."

Steamer Cushion Sunbrella Fabric Date: July 13, 2009
"Great color and product. It repels water and dirt beautifully as our weather has proven lately. The craftsmanship is superb and looks to be very well put together. Very comfortable to lounge on. I hope that it does not fade, as it is a darker colortone although I am assuming since it is a Sunbrella fabric it is fade resistant. Time will only tell on that. I can not comment at this time on that.

We purposefully paid the extra amount for the Sunbrella Fabric--I hope that it is worth it. Patio furniture pads ARE EXPENSIVE and quality and durability are our main concerns as we can not afford to have to buy every couple of years. (We have a large teak set of 6 hi-back chairs and steamers) This is a major investment for the average person.

At this time I am VERY satisfied and would recommend to anyone looking for a high quality patio cushion."

"I was disappointed with the workmanship of the cushion. It only has one tie on each side to secure it to the chair. I was also disappointed in the color choices available. I would have preferred more of a navy. They only offered a royal blue and it is really bright. I don't know about durability yet, since we just received it."

"I have purchased inexpensive cushions in the past and never been happy. I went with the polyester fabric and love the design and comfort of these cushions. They are thick and dense, making for some great comfort on these chairs. I would recommend, especially if you are currently using without cushions. You will love them."

"First of all, it's difficult to find cushions that properly fit a steamer. Most traditional lounger cushions are too wide and when I found the corerect ones they were very expensive. I was doubtful about the quality of the cushions from Home Decorators since the price was considerably lower than the competition but I love them. The fit is perfect and the colors are vibrant. They are very comfortable and I am happy with my purchase!"

"I have had two steamer chairs for three years without cushions as it was difficult to find ones that I liked that weren't over $100 each! These are very comfortable, fit the chair well and look fabulous. I agree with a comment made earlier regarding not enough ties to hold the cushions in place, but I think my chairs are a little slippery since I oiled them a few weeks ago. But more ties would still be an improvement.

For the first time, my husband and I spent the evening enjoying the deck lying in our comfy chairs for more than 20 minutes... about as long we we could stand without the cushions!"
