Beautiful Rug - but wrong color

"I bought this rug in the 10 ft runner to put in front of my bathroom vanities. It is a very lush and beautiful rug. However, the color was not as pictured. The "red" color is much more maroon than the description of "brick" Also, it was barely 10 ft including the fringe. Unfortunately, I had to send it back - mostly due to the color. Otherwise, I would have been thrilled with this rug!"

"Shipped well, no damage on arrival. The color is darker than I thought it would be, but fits very nicely into my living room. The rug it replaced I had for 20 years (hand knotted wool rug). The quality seems to be good - the only complaint so far is that it is pilling a lot, but being a wool rug user I know that that will happen for a while."

"This rug was ordered for the kitchen in front of the sink plus extended work area(14 ft). It is wonderful underfoot(even without a pad) and so comfortable for standing and working. This rug is perfect for someone who has trouble on hard floors and needs to "soften" the standing area. It is much more than I expected!! Thank you."

"Beautiful and well made rug. The colors are traditonal, not vibrant, but rather muted and looks elegant. I ordered the 8x11 and it was very heavy, and the pile is thick. The rug feels semi-soft on the feet."

"This rug is great for an entryway. It is very pretty, also. Although, in the picture that is shown it appears deep red and black. In reality, it is actually a brighter red and navy, not black. Unfortunately, I need the black, so it will be going back. Overall, the rug is brighter than the pic shows. Great rug, though!"

"I purchased this rug to match a larger Chantilly rug that I had purchased about a year ago. I expected the same brick shade, but the smaller rug is much darker, and it almost appears brown compared to the lighter brick red in the larger rug. The smaller one is placed about 4 feet away, so the mismatch did not seem critical enough to go through the work of rewrapping and sending back. I love the quality and pattern of this rug. It is heavy enough not to shift on the wood floor. The color was the only disappointing part of the purchase."

"This rug was on back order for a couple months however, I had purchased a larger one just like and loved it....it was worth the wait. The colors are so clear and it makes a beautiful addition to my kitchen and entry way. It's nice and thick and feels wonderful under your feet. There is some shedding but, it goes away after a while.
