"I was amazed by the delivery company that you guys use, they are very polite, brought the item (fully assembled in a box, very heavy) they took it downstairs, removed the box and wrapping and put it in the desired area, and they were happy to take the box and wrapping material with them. They made my life very easy..
The item itself is elegant, good workmenship, a solid piece of black stone on top, as described, no surprises , it gave that side of the room a formal appearance, pleasant to look at (in my opinion). All my guests were impressed. Thank you"

"The console is beautiful. I am very pleased with the workmanship and the unique carving and bowed glass.

Delivery was very fast, the packing excellent, and the delivery man was very efficient. He completely unpacked and positioned the console.

I'd highly recommend this item and Home Decorators."

Baymont Console & Media Cabinet Date: January 24, 2010
"I have had both the Baymont Console and Media Cabinet for less than a year and I must say, I am not satisfied with the quality at all. While these are both very attractive pieces, they are very cheaply made and have not held up very well under normal use (i.e. the opening and closing of the cabinets). The handles on the pieces, particularly the media cabinet, have literally chipped off the finish, making the piece look quite unattracive. In addition, some areas were missed during the finishing of the product. Unfortunately, I do not believe these pieces will stand the test of time as good, quality furniture does."

"I was disappointed with this purchase because the finish of the wood had come off in several places and was also nicked. The glass trim had come off and will not go back into place. This cabinet was very expensive and we had thought it would be better made (quality) but it looks like the only thing expensive about it is the granite for the top. The quality of the wood is sorry."

"Love the piece. Took a long time to receive but worth the wait. I was expecting a little better quality on the finish. Tape marks are hard to remove from the glass but rubbing alcohol worked best. Used as a console table under our 52" flat screen on the wall."

"We like to watch TV in bed and our bed is quite high. So this piece was higher than normal TV stand tables and works great!
The unit came in one piece on Christmas eve and the delivery guys brought it in in the middle of a snow storm, opened it and helped me place it right where I needed it. My husband and grown children loved how it accented the present furniture and even matched a bathroom vanity in style and handles.
The only thing I could ask for to be even better would be extra shelf holes so we could have more than one choice on the center cabinet."

"Outstanding product and enormously eye pleasing. Caution regarding cleaning the residue from the packing tape covering the glass doors; use alcohol first and then Windex cleaner to eradicate glue residue. The granite is extraordinarily beautiful, and compliments the cabinet. Warning: This product is well assembled and heavy. Enjoy!"

"I am delighted with my console curio. I am also delighted that I didn't expect shipment until Jan 2010 and received my curio the week of Christmas. The shipping company was very professional. They arrived at the time they said they would and the delivery men were very nice and professional.
The curio itself is a GREAT buy for the money. I am very pleaed with the workmanship and the overall appearance of the curio. I wish that the curio came with interior lighting but that is something I can add in the future. This was my first time at buying a piece of furniture on-line and I must say I was completely satisfied with the purchase."

"I read the reviews before purchasing this piece and was glad I did as I was going to order the solid wood doors but changed to the glass after reading a ladies review that said her remote would work thru the glass. I absolutely love this piece. It was packaged immaculately and arrived in good condition. There were just two places where the finish was knocked off the wood. The top shelf moves and needed a piece of packaging over the screw head of door handle. I figure my grandsons will do more damage than that and just kept it. Anyone would love this piece. Extremely good value for the money - anyone would expect I paid much more - if in doubt -- order it!"

"The console has a beautiful design, but if you really look at it, it is poorly made. The finish on it is incomplete and not even. I ordered the console with glass doors that arrived with tape accross each piece of glass, afer peeling the tape off the glass I was unable to get the film off the glass and it still has a mark on the glass that you can still see when the sun hits it. Even after several attempts of cleaning it. I would not buy this piece of furniture again. It was not worth the money."

"This piece is so striking because of its shape and decoration. The curved front, with the curved doors and shaped shelves, gives this piece a very elegant & striking look.

Up close, the finish is obviously mass-produced, but from a distance, it's the whole look that makes this look so great. The granite top is lovely.

My only issue is that the shelves seem a bit "thin" and in the case of the center section shelf, there is no center support, so I'm not sure what the max weight the shelf can carry....I don't think I'd dump a stack of 12 dinner plates on it, but it works very well for other, lighter weight serving pieces.

All in all, a great choice for me."

"overall the piece was fine. The color was not what I had hope and sample were not available. The quality of the piece is not what I had hoped for but I'm not terribly dissapointed."
