"I bought this to fit a large TV which it is meant to house. The problem is that wide TVs aren't 25 inches tall so this is an unuseable armoire. I focused on getting a wide enough cabinet and did not understand that there is a shelf in the middle that is permanent so really - it does not work for a large TV. Do not buy this if you really want to use it for a TV. Incredibly poor design. What were they thinking. The rest doesn't matter if it does not do what it is designed to do -Hold a TV. What a poor poor product."

"First, the assembly instruction sheet was missing from the package. I called and they sent me an electronic version. Then I found that one of the panels was damaged during shipment. HDC promptly sent me a replacement panel. Assembly was not easy at all, especially if you want it to look well made. I was charged $123 for shipping& handling, including a surcharge. For a final price of $572, I don't think it's such a good value."

"I have just recently started purchasing from Home decorators and am now hooked! They did a great job with customer service and this piece is beautiful in my new home. Took about two hours to assemble by myself but if you follow pictures closely and read instructions you can do it relatively well. Great end product and fits all my media components perfectly. The best part is the quality, the cost and the service - so glad I found this online store!"

"Fast delivery, packed well. Arrived in great condition.Must read directions, then everything falls into place. Item is well made, looks great.

"Beautifull piece of furniture!!!! Excellent quality and my son put it together for me in about 1 hour!!! Color exactly as in picture also. Highly recommend buying!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Overall, this is a handsome armoire. It was fairly easy to put together. It took about 5 hours total. Two people are needed to put this together. There were inevitable problems like a piece was mislabled and not all the tools are listed at the top of the instructions. It turns out you need a 4mm hex wrench to tighten the screws, which we had to borrow the next day from a neighbor.
One negative -- the doors don't close flat. They are slightly buckled out. I think additional catches should be provided.
I would rate this a 5 star if the bifold doors closed flat."
