"I bought 2 of these. They were out of stock when I ordered them, but they came 2 weeks earlier than expected and very quickly after I ordered it. My husband assembled them, and it went so quickly that I didn't even have a chance to offer my help. (He's a pretty handy guy tho.) They are fairly solid, just a very slight wiggle when no books are on it. The weight of the books makes it sit nice and firmly on the floor. The pieces are solid wood, no particle or pressed board. I couldn't find anything locally that was close to this level of quality without spending a great deal more money, even considering shipping. I'm very happy with my purchase."

"This bookshelf looks great, good quality, lots of shelf space, and wasn't too difficult for 2 people to put together. I would've given 5 stars overall if not for two things: one, the shelf itself actually measures 35". The only part that measures 38" is the top shelf, and while this is technically the maximum dimension it would be nice if it were specified on the website that shelf space is actually 35". Also, the plugs that go over the screws are too small, I will have to glue them in. Overall, however, I love it and am satisfied with my purchase."
