"The first Tissue Butler we ordered came to us broken. The box it arrived in was not damaged so the breakage apparently happened either pre-packing or while packing and was sent anyway. We immediately called customer service, explained the situation, customer service explained our options and we decided to ship the broken one back and have Home Decorators send us another one. The transaction went smoothly and quickly. The second one arrived in good shape and has amused everyone that has seen it so far."

"OMG when i received my tissue butler i was even more excited to see him in person then in the catalog!!! He is the CUTEST LITTLE THING not to mention how well he was made!! So life like!! You feel like your not alone anymore when in the bathroom. =-} He was so easy to assemble, the toilet paper holder that the Butler is holding in his left hand is SO EASY to change rolls!! All you do is screw off the little ball in the lower left hand side of the handle he is holding, take the old roll off slide a new one on and screw the little ball back on! VERY VERY EASY!! Also LOVE that when you lift his top hat off its a hidden compartment for a spare roll of toilet paper!!! He has DEFINATELY made an AWESOME new addition to our family and think everyone should have one!!"

"This toilet butler is just too cute for his own good! He is very whimsical, but in a classy, "non-cheap" way. You can't help but smile when you see him. I would prefer if he were a little taller so you didn't have to bend over so much to get to the paper and having to unscrew the holder to replace the paper is a little cumbersome. But overall, he is just the cutest thing and I am very happy with my purchase!"

"My husband and mother are constantly critiqueing my purchases, but they approved of this one. Funny, quirky, great conversation piece- yet it does the job of storing extra toilet rolls quite well!

The only thing I didn't like is you have to unscrew the rod to get the toilet paper roll off."
