"I ordered 5 of these verticals. They shipped and arrived when expected and did install fairly easily. However i am not pleased with the quality of this fabric. It is light filtering and provides privacy which is what I wanted but, the fabric seems to fray on the sides of the slats especially if you need to adjust your chains at the bottom. One of the headrails has a mechanical error. It is to open in the center and it does not completely close therefore leaving a half inch gap. One of my blinds for a smaller window did not arrive with the correct size slats. Apparently the company shipped me someone elses slats made for a sliding door. I called HDC immediately on a saturday and was compensated a small amount of money for my unhappiness with the fabric fraying so that helps. They will also be shipping replacement headrail and correct slats within the next week. Overall the blinds look nice from a distance, I think I could have paid ALOT less for ready-mades at a hardware store and had them cut to size and achieved an equal look. I am pleased with HDC customer service and even though the custom blinds are unreturnable they did try to make me happy and fix the mistakes in a timely manner."

"I am so pleased with these blinds. They were easy to install and are really beautiful. Several friends have commented on them, asking if they were custom made for our window. They were shocked when I told them how reasonable the price was."
