"The shade itself is very nice. Just what I expected! But the installation process was very difficult. The instructions that came with the shade were very difficult to comprehend and the pictures didn't help at all. Need better descriptive details and pictures."

"Prior to buying this item, I had a problem with the rewards credit and where it applied. I contacted the Chat Advisor and it was resolved immediately. I highly recommend using this tool for problems or how to..The Bali blinds are great. I've been purchasing these on an as needed basis. Only one more room to do!"
