"The blinds are very nice and not the first ones I've ordered. I am responsible for an apartment complex and order these blinds as replacements. I would highly recommend these blinds.
I would however like to say that the blinds kept being delayed in shipment. So if you need them or want them fast, be aware that it may take awhile.
Also, the billing address is different than the shipping address and the blinds were shipped to the billing address which required me to transport them more than an hour to their intended location."

"Love the look, instructions are a bit vague. Do not use the tutorial for ordering, just call.My order got all screwed up : outside mount turned into inside mount, now my blinds are 3 inches too short. The valances are not the great. Better off purchasing a cornice to top them off.
But the blinds themselves are great. The fabric is very nice, has stood up to all my kids both two legged and four. color is very nice, and fast ship. I love the split center. nice and different feature alot of places do not offer. Hopefully if I order again, I will get a better result."
