"I bought the bourdeaux color majesty rug for my bedroom. I have olive walls with burgundy, olive and gold bedspread. This rug was perfect color. Nice soft medium plush feel. I had to use a rubber pad under to keep it from sliding on my wood floors. I like the richness of the look and feel of this rug."

"I bought two different rugs - Sage and Antique Blue - in the smallest sizes to see the actual colors and choose. Sage should be called Olive; there is no silvery or cool tone to it. The rug is darker and the tans and oranges are more prominent than the online or catalog photo. The Blue is a slate blue. There are green edging details which is likely why some people think it looks green, but it's not. Again, darker that it appears online and also higher contrast than the Sage. Overall, great quality and very pretty, also very thick. I wanted to keep one for an entry way but the door wouldn't clear it. I ordered a full size rug and returned the small ones."

"Good purchase. Pile is thick, soft, nice feeling when barefoot. Colors are a little more muted than what appear in the picture, but close enough to what I wanted for my home. Backing is very secure. Well worth the price."

"I purchased the Bordeaux rug. The green is lighter and more muted than shown on the website, but I like it. The Bordeaux color leads one to expect a red color, but it reads as a rich brown. It looks good in my desired location, so I am keeping it. I think we should expect color variation between the product and the internet picture. Also, these are hand-produced rugs and often yarns are dyed with natural products rather than aniline dyes. Natural dyes will have color variations, but I like the effect. Some may not. Overall appearance is rich and workmanship is good. Nice thick rug."

"I received the rug quickly. thank you. It is not the rug in the photo. It has large patches of olive green and is different from the other majesty gold rug that I already have. I have the rug down. It is okay, except it is not what I wanted. I am not taking it back up. I am not sure that I would receive the correct one anyway. I think it would be good to check some of the actual rugs against the catalog photos. thanks."

"I bought this rug in "gold" and just received it. The quality of the rug seems excellent, and the rug was lovely, but it was much more orange than I expected. I will return it based only on the color. I plan to order a different rug from Home Decorators in its place. Very happy with the quality and quick shipping, but be aware that the accents are much more orange/pumpkin than gold or beige."

"This is a lovely rug. However, if ordering BRICK beware, it is RED. Very red. There is also quite a bit of green in this rug. The rug is nice quality. Minimal shedding."

"The carpet(area rug) is very well made and the perfect colors for my entry hall. I think it will provide the durability that I am looking for. "I spent over a year researching and looking at area rugs for my new family room. I kept coming back to the Majesty design. It is exactly the colors I wanted and adds a lovely warmth to the hardwood floor and woodwork in the room. It is extremely well crafted. It was rather a long wait for the rug to be delivered but the end result is worth the wait."
