"I have purchased a number of items from Home Decorators before, and I've never been disappointed. Chalk another purchase up to "Yea!" The desk is beautiful and is very easy to assemble. I am always pleased with how well the company packs their items to prevent damage from the shipping. This was no exception. Despite the box being dinged up, the packing inside prevented any damage to the desk. The desk is lovely and fits nicely into my office space, and the shelf below is invaluable! The drawers are also spacious and come assembled-YEA! I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a classic desk for their office or craft workspace."

"This desk looks beautiful in white, which is a difficult color to find office furniture in. This desk is well priced, especially for the quality and style, which I feel is clean and modern. The legs of the desk were a little confusing to put on because they are side-specific, so just pay close attention before you put them on! I was extremely impressed with the packaging. I have bought furniture from other website, only for them to arrive damaged on numerous occasions. This company does an excellent job of packaging their products for shipping, so if you feel like the shipping cost hurts, its worth it oftentimes."

"Great value for the price, this looks like a high quality desk and looks great in our office. Relatively easy to assemble, only difficulty was the screws near the drawers. Shipment arrived in perfect condition, absolutely no scratches or markings upon arrival which was a concern due to other reviews I had read. I would definitely recommend this desk! Looks great with the matching bookcase."

"I am very happy with this purchase. The desk I received was in perfect condition. It was easy to assemble, I put it together myself in about a half hour. Good quality piece for the price. I was looking for something that looked more like a table than a desk because I had to put it in my living room and my husband and I are very pleased with it. It looks great and I get compliment all the time."

"The desk itself was exactly what I wanted.

Shipping was fast.

The top ships with the drawers already in it. One of the drawers wasn't put in correctly and got stuck at an angle in the slot. I had to take part of the desk apart just to get the drawer out. There was also a piece that had fallen off and got underneath the desk scratching the top. The piece had to be glued back in place so the other drawer would close properly.

I'm very happy with the desk, but I'm not happy with the condition things were in when they arrived at my house. It would have been very easy to assemble if I didn't have to fix the problems. The desk is beautiful (except for the big scratches on the top)."

"We felt confident ordering three pieces from a collection based on reviews we read and were not disappointed. The furniture is solid and looks nice. The finish is decent -- some minor imperfections. Also, the black does show finger smudges/oil from hands pretty easily, but if you don't mind that or don't mind cleaning them off it's fine. For inexpensive furniture, the quality is very good. Delivery was timely as well. We purchased the desk to use in our home school classroom. It's a good size to sit next to a child and have plenty of room to work."

"Nice piece of furniture, but the drawer stops (that keep the drawer from sliding too far into the desk) were poorly fastened to the drawer rails. They are attached by a cheap staple that does not go through the wood. I had to Monster glue them. Very easy to assemble. Did it with my 6 y.o. son."

"I was looking for something simple but "different" so I just love the merlot color. It really makes the piece stand out. I thought the assembly directions were poor related to the brace and shelf assembly but other than that I am quite pleased."

"The product came in 2 separate boxes delivered a week apart which I found to be annoyng and inconvenient, plus I thought they had made a mistake when I opened the first box and found only half the desk. There was no indication on any e mails that I was going to get 2 separate deliveries.
The desk itself was just as pictured and the construction is solid. The diagram showing assembly is a little confusing and took me some time to figure out right/left, because the desk is pictured upside down. It was good brain exercise. I had done some searching for the right white desk for my bedroom and this one is the least expensive for the most polished yet simple look."

"I love this desk ~ it's beautiful. The cherry wood looks so elegant. This desk was also easy to put together! You can't beat the price or find anything that compares for close to it! This is solid wood and a great quality piece of furniture! Any other cherry desk would be two or three times as much if not more. Trust me, I searched around. I also bought the 4 drawer matching file cabinet that gives my office such a nice look!"
