"This nice rug came in a couple of days (My first order of another color was out of stock, and that can take a long time to get shipped due to the factory/manufacturing delays often ex -perienced with China - made goods. Have several color choices in mind before you order one of these if you will need it real soon!). The color, burgundy, is rich, luxurious-looking and deep; This rug is so nice and thick that I have to push hard to close the bathroom door over it! It is heaven to stand on it in bare feet on cold mornings! This is the only place I could find a really nice thick colorful pilose rug made in just the dimensions I needed--it replaces 2 smaller bathroom type rugs that did not fit in my postage-stamp sized bathroom either in length or width."

"I ordered this shag rug expecting the color Beige to be only one color. I was disappointed that the rug is actually made of 2 different colors, goldish and off-white. The picture in both the catalog and website do not depict this at all. The rug is of high quality and I would have loved to have use it if the color was actually all beige."

"the photo of the rug shows a "beige" or off white rug. the rug i received is orange/tan and white rug -- nothing like the photo.

i now have the inconvenience of returning the rug which did not at all represent the photo/cateloge.

the entire experience is very upsetting"

"This rug is so plush, I go out of my way to step on it. I have the runners in front of my sink and stove and I don't mind doing the dishes. The only negative is that it shed fuzz until it's been vacuumed a couple of times. But the feel is well worth the little fuzz I got.
My husband even goes out of his way to walk on the runners and area rug. Would buy again. Love it!"

"OK, I love this rug but the one I received is actually 2 toned - beige and tan. In the photo it looks like just one solid color. (Maybe I got the wrong one?) Anyway, it is very plush and soft to step on. I ended up liking the 2 toned look."

"This area rug looks great, the long shag fibers provide real texture and contrast for our home. We use it with the deluxe carpet pad sold on this site and it is cushy and warm. We have pets and pets sometimes make messes. This rug launders like a dream - wash in our machine in cold water, then dry on low and it looks brand new. I will definitely buy more!"

"I have had this rug (in banana cream) for +/-6 months. I am super impressed with both quality and appearance. The pile is deep and soft, perfect for a bedroom. Admittedly, it does not get heavy traffic b/c it's in a guest room but my cats give it some regular use. I have a super-sucking vacuum (D***n) that I feared would consume the shag, but no problems. I vacuum regularly, and it looks great. I am so impressed I am getting another one for my master bedroom!"

"I was very pleased with this rug. I thought it was going to be a solid beige color but it was a mix of beige and ivory. this really was much better than i hoped. i wasn't sure if the biege would really work and i knew ivory was too light but with the two mixed it was just right."
