Excellent Rug

"I bought the vblue rug and it is great. I love it. However, the colors are a little different than shown. There are more colors and they are a bit darker. The biggest difference is that there is no lime green. The actual greens are more like sage and olive in tone. The purple is true to the screen. There are three blues - dusty blue, something between a Royal and Navy blue and a cerulean blue. There are also gray and beige colors plus a tan or light mustard sort of color. The primary colors are still blue and green. k"

"Since I could touch and see, the arrival of this rug was much anticpated and fingers crossed. The rug is a better quality than I expected, the price great and the picture was true to actual colors. Someone thought through the internet marketing very well."

"This rug is absolutely perfect for my area of choice. The colors, the style, and the size coordinate exceptionally well with my other decor. The quality is superb and feels thick and soft under foot. I bought the blue ogee runner and I think the colors are very true to those depicted on the internet, so for the previous customer who also bought the blue ogee rug but thought it looked like raisin, she probably experienced a merchandise fulfillment error. My customer service rep who helped me place the order was 100% there for me: friendly, helpful, engaged. The only bobble in the process was that the rug was in-stock when I ordered it but two weeks later, when I was anticipating receipt, I was informed it was on backorder. Small disappointment there, but it still came before my company was due to arrive so I was OK to wait. It was worth the wait because I'm very pleased with this purchase."

"Even though other reviews had posted comments about the color of the actual rug as compared to the colors in the online photo, I ordered the rug hoping for the best. The quality and workmanship of the rug were excellent - I loved the feel and the sculptural qualities. However, like others, I was disappointed with the colors. They were so much darker than they appeared to be in the photo. The lovely beachy, seaglass colors in the photo are much darker and "muddier" in person. I tried hard to like the rug but, in the end, the colors just weren't what I was hoping for."

great rug, wrong color

"I bought this rug in "blue" for my 4 yr old son's room. While it is a gorgeous rug, the color is extremely different from the picture. On both my PC at work and Mac at home, the color is shown as sky blue, cream, and spring green. The rug I got is dusky blue, brown, and olive--basically much darker and more brownish-gray. It is nice, but not what we wanted (the picture was more watery looking.)It is so different that I checked both the shipping tag and the rug tag to make sure I wasn't sent raisin instead."

"This 100% wool rug is gorgeous and feels very luxurious. It's thick and the colors are vibrant. One color is a little different from the catalog/internet. The "white" in the rug is actually a very light "wheat" color, however it goes great with the other colors which are pretty true."

"The quality is great and the rug was perfect for what I wanted. Unfortunately, the color was no where near what was shown on the internet. There was NO slight variation. It was completely different. The only thing I can think of is they sent the wrong rug. But the service person said no, so I can't recommend because of the color difference."

"I was so pleased when I unrolled this rug. The colors are gorgeous and work perfectly in my room. Not too bright but certainly not dull. The only negative thing I'm experiencing with this rug is that there is a fair amount of carpet "fuzz" generated with minimal traffic. I don't know if this will lessen with time but I wouldn't let that be a deterrent. If anything, it will serve as a reminder to vacuum often!"
