"Even though other reviews had posted comments about the color of the actual rug as compared to the colors in the online photo, I ordered the rug hoping for the best. The quality and workmanship of the rug were excellent - I loved the feel and the sculptural qualities. However, like others, I was disappointed with the colors. They were so much darker than they appeared to be in the photo. The lovely beachy, seaglass colors in the photo are much darker and "muddier" in person. I tried hard to like the rug but, in the end, the colors just weren't what I was hoping for."

great rug, wrong color

"I bought this rug in "blue" for my 4 yr old son's room. While it is a gorgeous rug, the color is extremely different from the picture. On both my PC at work and Mac at home, the color is shown as sky blue, cream, and spring green. The rug I got is dusky blue, brown, and olive--basically much darker and more brownish-gray. It is nice, but not what we wanted (the picture was more watery looking.)It is so different that I checked both the shipping tag and the rug tag to make sure I wasn't sent raisin instead."

"This 100% wool rug is gorgeous and feels very luxurious. It's thick and the colors are vibrant. One color is a little different from the catalog/internet. The "white" in the rug is actually a very light "wheat" color, however it goes great with the other colors which are pretty true."
