"I've had 3 of these rugs for about a month and the long side of the big one has already started to fray. I contacted customer service who said it is probably from vacuuming. However, the rug has only been vacuumed 2-3 times and what good is a rug that can't be vacuumed? As a side note, they did offer me a small discount in return for keeping the damaged product.

In addition, I am getting a lot of shedding from all 3 rugs and even though the page warns the rug may shed for up to 3 months, the shedding fibers are not attractive and they appear all over the room.

One last but smaller thing - I bought the plum version of this rug, the color was much darker in person than pictured on the site."

"We bought the purple colored one and were a little hesitant purchasing it through a catalog but didn't find a nice purple one anywhere. I am glad we bought it. It really looks nice in our bedroom."

"THIS IS A GREAT VALUE FOR THE QUALITY. THE COLORS ARE TRUE TO PICTURE, WELL MADE AND WILL PROBABLY NEVER NEED ANOTHER SET OF THESE FOR YEARS AS OPPOSED TO CHEAPIES AT NORMAL STORES."
