"I've had 3 of these rugs for about a month and the long side of the big one has already started to fray. I contacted customer service who said it is probably from vacuuming. However, the rug has only been vacuumed 2-3 times and what good is a rug that can't be vacuumed? As a side note, they did offer me a small discount in return for keeping the damaged product.
In addition, I am getting a lot of shedding from all 3 rugs and even though the page warns the rug may shed for up to 3 months, the shedding fibers are not attractive and they appear all over the room.
One last but smaller thing - I bought the plum version of this rug, the color was much darker in person than pictured on the site."
