"overall it is a nice cabinet, however disappointed that the sink was not scalloped like the pictures showed and was surprised there is no real wood on it but i am happy with how it looks in our 1/2 bath."

"Very nice vanity. Good workmanship. The cream granite top looks better in person. Sink is ivory as well, so keep that in mind when ordering bath fixtures. We went with a "biscuit" colored toilet instead of white and it looks perfect. I just wish the shelf inside wasn't fixed in place. It would be nice if it could slide out and be adjustable so you could have the option to use it or not. We decided to cut ours out to create a larger one level storage shelf."

"The cabinet is very nice looking and is packed very well for shipping. Despite the box having a few small damaged areas, there are no scratches because of the several inches of styrofoam protecting the cabinet. The legs were easy to install; I had someone help me tip it just so that there was zero chance of it falling over while I screwed them in.
I have two concerns though:
1. The clearance from the bottom of the basin to the top of the shelf is only 9 1/4 inches, which is further reduced to 4 1/2 inches if you use the attached push-button drain, so you (or your plumber) will need to be tidy with the PVC/ABS work.
2. The shelf itself is fixed (non-adjustable). It would have been nice to see some brackets so that the height of the shelf could be adjusted.

"I was a little hesitant there were a couple so so reviews on this product. I will say that it is a very pretty vanity. Looks much more expensive than it cost. The granite is very pretty and the finish was very good on the one I received (a couple other people noted finish problems). I've never purchased somthing this heavy thru the internet and I was very concerned about the condition when it arrived. They did an execellant job of packing this. Over all I am very pleased and I consider myself uber picky."

"We bought this vanity for a very small powder room. The vanity is beautiful, but the color of the cabinet is much lighter than the photo. It does not match the vanity top as pictured on the website; instead, it is almost white. We had a professional plumber install it for us. He had to cut out part of the shelf to attach the plumbing. We were able to remove the push button drain and install the regular drain assembly that came with the faucet. Since our baseboards protrude out about an inch, we needed to trim the back of the vanity legs, however they are not made of wood and it was extremely difficult to saw through the material (possibly fiberglass?). The vanity top will develop water spots when wet, but they do fade after a while. In addition, the top feels somewhat scratchy and not as smooth as you would expect from granite. Due to the size, the vanity does not fit through a standard doorway without removing the door. Other than those issues, the vanity looks nice and really dresses up our powder room."

Thanks so much for your INFORMATIVE review and PHOTO!! I really appreciate the time that you took to post this. I was wondering if it was possible to replace the sink "stopper" with the one that comes with the faucet and you answered that for me. Also, GREAT PHOTO! I liked seeing how much larger the 26" looked, compared to the 22"......looks like a big difference. Thanks again. Karen from Michigan

"Poor quality- 1st product that arrived the granite was cracked. Sent it back (will say the company has excellent customer service). The second product had glue all over the granite, and the side of the sink was scratched. The piece overall is pretty, and reasonably priced- Just be aware the workmanship isn't great."

"I was super sad about the vanity once it was installed. It looks cheap and the top does not seem to be sealed.

"I was so happy to select this item to complete my bathroom remodel, however when it came the first time it was pitted and chipped on the sink top, and then the second one came and the top is just plain ugly. The Cabinet is beautiful and the craftmanship is good, however the "cream marble top" is not smooth and it is not attractive. Disappointing is the only thing I can say"

"Though asthetically pleasing for the price, the poor design of the bowl and cabinet make this a poor value even at its reduced price. The sink arrives with a push button silver drain...we sought to change this for a different color and one with a traditional push pull drain mechanism...who really wants to drain their sink by sticking their hands in dirty water? Sadly we discovered that standard piping does not fit the sink because of the shallowness of the bowl in relation to its overflow. Additionally, a tiny access in the back of the cabinet and a built in, misplaced shelf (this alomst guaratees you will be doing carpentry work to open the back of the cabinet and removing part of the shelf for installation of the water lines and drain) makes this no quick replacement for an existing vanity. These two issues make this a purchase I regret."
