"As others have noted, the drawers can be difficult. I had so much trouble with them the first time that I sent it back. I was offered a refund, but really liked how it looks, so I decided to try again with a replacement instead. I'm very glad I did, because this time it went together like a snap. It looks great! It doesn't take up a lot of floor space, yet holds much more than you'd think.
And I'd like to add that Customer Service couldn't have been more helpful. They sent out a prepaid return label and even had it picked up from my home. It's heavy, so that was very nice. My replacement was here in days and cost me nothing, not even nominal shipping charges.
I'm very happy with this purchase."

"Chest is very attractive and goes well with my mission bedroom set. I was surprised how well the instructions and marking of all the parts were done - it made the job relatively easy to put together - much easier than Ikea. It provides more storage space than I anticipated. My only negative is that the drawers stick a little. Overall I am very pleased."

Small Craftsman 5-Drawer Storage Chest

"We really liked this little 5-drawer storage chest although it turned out to be a bit small for our bedroom so we moved it into the bathroom instead! It assembled nicely with all pre-drilled holes lining up correctly. On ours, the top & bottom drawers seat about 1/4" out from the rest when closed as though the drawer runners (installed at the factory) were just a tiny bit off. The drawers open and close very smoothly however. Overall, we like it."
